1. Acceptance. Bear in mind that the relationship is over and thing would never be the same again.
2. Remove the Memories. Get rid all the things that would remind your past relationship. Unfriend him/her from any social network to prevent receiving news feed from him/her. Avoid places where you used to go together.Forget about your favorite love song.
3. Surround yourself with love ones. Your family loves you unconditionally. Get bonding such as helping your mother in cooking, have a casual conversation with your father or go out with your brothers or sister or your trusted friend.
4. Discover yourself. Explore some talent or skill that you may have. Enroll in short courses that you may be interested. Participate in community service if you want. By doing so, you’re not only helping yourself but the needy as well.
5. Love yourself. No one could ever love you but yourself .Make yourself worthy to love with. Become a better person not the worst. If you could make yourself more physically attractive, then do so. Excel in your career but don’t forget work life balance.
Coping with past relationship is difficult but it is not impossible. It takes time and effort to mend a broken heart. Just remember that you have lived before he/ she came into your life. Hence, you would surely live after losing him/her.
